Click the date on our calendar on which the class will take place, then your preferred time. After registration is complete you will receive an email with your zoom link. If you do not receive an email by an hour before class please check your spam folder or email [email protected]. Please keep in mind that we are unable to answer after the start-time of class.

Official listed class times are in Cairo time (EET). The way the time appears on the Calendly app will be the time class starts in your own time zone, the application automatically converts the time difference for you. Please note that some of our classes have multiple time options to serve clients in different time zones.

At this time we do not offer recordings of our live classes. We do, however, do a follow-up email for every class which includes notes, music, links, and videos of movements or combinations from class.

Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the start time of class. If made within the proper time, you are eligible for a full refund or credit to another live class of your choice and equal or lesser value. Please email [email protected] with your cancellation request.

If you miss a class due to a mistake on our end you are eligible for a full refund or class credit. That being said, make sure you have your zoom link at least one hour before class to avoid last-minute confusion.

When you log into your ShahrzadStudios account, go to the library and click on the ‘Live Class Registration’ page. This page automatically adds the members-only discount to all of our live classes and courses.
